At this meeting, the activities and goals of the IATD Association were presented, and options for cooperation between the two parties were discussed. The representatives of MOHUP expressed interest in attracting development companies to participate in the growing real estate market of Oman, particularly for individual housing construction.
Additionally, the possibility of IT businesses participating in the digitalization of the public sector in areas related to real estate and construction was also considered. To learn more about business opportunities in Oman, Chairman Vasil Mazitov suggested hosting a business breakfast with representatives from various sectors, including businesses and government agencies, in the city of Muscat.
His Excellency Minister Dr. Khalfan Bin Saeed Al Shueili showed interest in this proposal and invited a delegation from the IATD Association to visit Oman and participate in the forum scheduled for October 2025 in Muscat.
