During the meeting, representatives of the International Association for Territorial Development (IATD) and the State Committee on Property Issues of the Republic of Azerbaijan discussed territorial capitalization, effective management of land and property assets, and ways to enhance the investment attractiveness of regions.
Particular attention was paid to the role of land and property management in territorial development, modern approaches to cadastral registration and real estate valuation, as well as the use of spatial data and digital technologies in decision-making.
The parties also explored prospects for international cooperation in territorial development, the exchange of expertise, and the implementation of joint projects.
IATD continues to build partnerships with relevant government authorities and international organizations, promoting modern tools for territorial development, digitalization, and increasing the value of territorial assets.
