From November 17 to 22, a delegation from the International Association for Territorial Development (IATD) worked at the Committee for Architecture and Construction under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
During the workweek in Dushanbe, the association’s team studied the business processes of the Committee for Construction and Architecture.
Umarzoda Ulugbek Khucha, First Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Architecture and Construction under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, noted the importance of digitalizing public services, particularly in terms of reducing construction permit processing times and improving the availability of information needed by investors.
Aleksey Dudarev, Head of the State Information System for Urban Development at IATD, presented his experience of implementing digital solutions in urban planning in the CIS countries.
Following the work, the parties agreed to develop a Roadmap for the Digitalization of the Urban Planning Sector in the Republic of Tajikistan.
