On March 10, 2026, a seminar dedicated to the issues of entering international markets for startups and high-tech companies was held at the IT Park of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was organized by the Ministry of Digital Development of the Republic of Tatarstan jointly with the International Association for Territorial Development (IATD) and the IT Park.
The seminar was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Digital Development, the leadership of the IT Park, the International Association for Territorial Development, as well as executives and experts from the largest IT companies in the region. The main topic of discussion focused on practical opportunities for Russian technological projects to enter foreign markets, as well as the exchange of experience in implementing international projects.
The participants were welcomed by the Deputy Minister of Digital Development of the Republic of Tatarstan, Bulat Gabdrakhmanov. Representatives of the IT Park and the International Association for Territorial Development also delivered speeches as part of the business program.
Representatives of the Ministry of Digital Development of the republic shared their experience in establishing a joint venture in the IT sector in the State of Qatar, discussing the key stages of project implementation and the specifics of operating in international markets. The IT company “Infomatika” also shared its practical experience of international cooperation, presenting its projects and work in the Saudi Arabian market.
The central presentation of the meeting was delivered by the Chairman of the International Association for Territorial Development, Vasil Mazitov. In his address, he highlighted the experience of cooperation with the Ministries of Construction and Industry of the Sultanate of Oman. He also paid particular attention to the association’s current projects in the Kyrgyz Republic. In addition, the participants examined in detail the specifics of entering foreign markets and the challenges that IT companies may face when implementing international projects.
Following the meeting, participants emphasized the importance of further developing cooperation between government institutions, industry organizations, and businesses in order to support the region’s technology companies in international markets.
